Do this:

  • Put a connection ball, yogablock or foam roll behind your back elbow and body (this will prevent you from sliding your elbow forward)
  • Make sure that the knob of the bat points to the feet of the catcher when you start the swing.
  • Avoid wrapping the bat around the head in your stance and stride
  • Maybe lower your hands a bit. 
  • Get stronger!
